SF Publishing Firm Seeks Assistant for President

Publishing Executive seeks Assistant to help with money management, corporate books, philanthropy, research, travel arrangements and general administrative support. Must have at least five years of high-level administrative experience, and be meticulous, organized and versatile. Accounting experience is a plus.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Project management
- Financial and investment management
- Research for books and articles
- Good phone & verbal communication skills
- Create/draft correspondence using MS Word
- Calendar management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Manage corporate affairs and books
- Coordinate with legal and accounting professionals
- Some personal/household assistance

Candidates with own vehicle strongly preferred.
