OVERHEAD, PUBLICITY, RESEARCH FOR NETWORK FINANCE

Prepares Monthly Forecasts and Reports:
Tracks and Forecasts Overhead Expense.
Tracks and Reports on Headcount.
Prepares Overhead Schedules for Financial Package.
T & E Report - Details Business Expenses by Type and Person vs. Budget.
Overtime Report - Detailing Hours and Dollars by Person vs. Budget.
Prepares Contributions and Gifts Reports.
Codes Overhead Invoices.
Audit & Code & Monitor Monthly Purchasing Card Statements

Analysis of Overhead Expense:
Reviews Current and YTD Expense and Researches Significant Variances from Plan.
Researches and Corrects all Coding Errors and Follows Up with Initiating Department; Tracks Costs of Special Events.
Reconciles Depreciation Schedules to Physical Assets.
Analyzes Departmental Office Space and explains variances to Plan.
Tracks cell phone usage and current Plans. Tracks Blackberry distribution and payment processing.

Annual Budget:
Prepares Detailed Annual Budget and Forecast Schedules.
Departmental Expense by Type.
T & E,Special Events, Depreciation.
Analyzes Basis of Overhead Allocations.
Prepares Schedules and Variance Explanations for Plan Book.
PUBLICITY & RESEARCH
Preparation of Monthly Actual vs. Plan report
Invoice processing: Identifying issues; coding; processing inter-company transfers.
Event tracking.
Research - Preparation of Monthly Actual vs. Plan reports; processing invoices
Preparation of Annual Budget and related Schedules.
AD HOC ANALYSES AS NEEDED
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred. Minimum two years progressively responsible experience in Finance or applicable Accounting area, including responsibility for forecasting.
Excellent Excel and Access skills; Experience with PeopleSoft a plus.
Strong Organizational Skills. Good Communication Skills. Ability to Work with All Levels of Management.
Television Industry Experience a Plus.
