Responsibilities:


-work with publishers and PR to set up coverage


-come up with ideas and angles for video features dealing with game previews, reviews, news, tricks, event coverage, original programming, and more


-work with the team to plan, film, and edit video coverage


Requirements:


-Above all: Passionate and knowledgeable about video games past, present, and future


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team


-Willing to travel to cover events


-Organized, able to plan a schedule for self and others


-Good communication skills, both in working with the team and 3rd party partners


Not required but nice:


-Experience covering the video game industry


-Experience editing video


-Experience producing video for the internet


-Familiar with Final Cut Pro, Discreet Cleaner XL, Adobe Premiere, Cleaner, Sorenson Squeeze
