Manager, Entertainment Accounting - ABC TV 31248

This isan exciting opportunity to take responsibility for many aspects of Primetime, Kids & Late Night Network accounting and financial reporting. You will also assist the Director of Entertainment Accounting in quarterly close packages, cash flow forecasts (including detail spend reporting), annual tax reporting and ad-hoc projects for Network programming. In this important role, you will also manage and guide staff accountants in the set-up, processing and tracking of A/P and payroll payments in excess of $1 billion annually, inventory tracking by title, document processing for amortization, andFASB63/SOP 00-2 accounting. This role serves as Site Auditor for Entertainment programming and program development payments, as well as our PTP Super User.

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study.
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant, progressive work experience including staff management.
Candidates with a CPA or those in pursuit of certification are strongly preferred

Knowledge and experience in SAP and/or the entertainment industry (especially TV) will strengthen your candidacy
