Manager, Finance F&B Strategy Planner

The fundamental function of the Foods Finance Manager - Strategic Planning is to develop and help execute the Foods strategies that will govern the overall business and shape the future of the Foods Division at the Disneyland Resort. The achievement of an actionable strategic plan will be based on a thorough understanding of the fundamental economics of ourindustry and on the accurate assessment, formulation and application of specific strategies or transactions. The Strategic Planning Manager will be a senior professional who can leverage his./her unique combination of strategic, financial, and transaction expertise through strategy development andResort-wide initiatives critical to the overall business.

Develop a Strategic Plan for the Foods Line of Business at the Disneyland Resort
Assess profitability & utilization of current operations
Determine market trends to help inform future guest behavior
Identify best use of internal and external capital for food location redevelopment
Provide critical inputs for Five Year Plan (Capital and P&L)
Lead a Senior Planner in the financial/operational assessment of specific near-term projects


B.S/B.A
MBA Preferred
Years of Experience 5-7
Demonstrated experience in strategic business assessment and development
Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
Strong partnering skills
Solid ability to craft/deliver presentations for an audience of Finance and Operations Executive Management
