Media Traffic Manager - Full-time

Our client, a company that developed a fun, dynamic advertising medium, is looking for a Traffic Manager for its Redwood City, CA office. The traffic manager will be responsible for the orderly flow and timely delivery of all advertising materials. This person will participate as a key member of the media operations team to help drive strategy and planning; recruit, train, motivate, and guide a high-caliber media traffic team; serve as a liaison between clients, outside vendors and agency departments; and more!

Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in visual design; skills of a seasoned traffic manager with a strong background in media, preferably new media networks; 8+ years experience in media or advertising-related traffic operations; 5+ years managing direct reports; a proven ability to manage and mentor traffic teams; comfort with working in a fast-paced, team-based, new-media, start-up environment; fluency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of any media management systems considered a plus.
