Presentation Specialist Wanted!

Position Type: Temporary to Full Time

We have a client in San Ramon looking for a solid presentation specialist with strong administrative skills. This is for a contract-to-hire position. The ideal person will demonstrate advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint,
provide recommendations to visually enhance PowerPoint presentations, proofread work for completeness, format quality and accuracy and ensure completed work meets the standards and instructions required by the originator(s). Proofread own work and correct errors to assure maximum accuracy prior to submitting to originator(s) for review. Work overtime and meet objectives without supervision when departmental workload requires. Obtains approval from manager for any/all overtime requested. Maintain/Improve Document Processing PPT report template, ensuring all users have the most updated version. Accurately create and edit Excel graphs for documents using the most recent graph master template. Maintain/Improve Document Processing graph master and template, ensuring all users have the most updated version. Train department staff on the correct use of templates for client service documents. Train staff on the correct formatting procedures according to company standards. Document processes to be added to Document Processing Procedures Manual. Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience working with creative Power Point presentations.
