Fox Networks Engineering & Operations is recruiting for a Program Coordinator to prepare and distribute program guides for all Regional Sports Networks main channels and alternate Transponders. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:
Under supervision, this position is responsible for providing DirecTV and Dish Network Live Event Program Guides for all Regional Sports Networks main channels and alternate Transponders, blackout information and daily programming changes, updates and corrections to schedules. Duties include preparing and distributing the Daily Event Schedules, Monthly Alternate Schedules, Weekly Update Schedules and Change Memos along with the assigned blackout codes for all Owned and Operated Regional Networks, Rainbow Regional Networks and Independent Regional Networks to DirecTV, Dish Network and new Teleco Companies.

In addition, this position will send Major League Product Schedules, Collegiate schedules and zip code information for all Regional Sports Networks to the E-Playbook Website; updating the schedules on an as needed basis; provide support to all Regional Sports Network Programming Departments concerning distribution of programming to DirecTV and Dish Networks. Answers DBS consumer questions via telephone and direct mail; informing DirectTV and Dish Network of any technology changes within the regional sports networks. Serve as liaison between the leagues, the regional networks and the direct broadcasting services.

Requirements:
-BA/BS in Communications, Radio & TV or Library Science or related field is preferred
-Minimum 2 years experience working in a multi-network facility is necessary
-Exposure to a Television broadcast operations environment is preferred
-Must possess basic knowledge of the commercial or cable sports business
-Must have strong PC skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Must have good math skills
-Must have strong communication skills both verbally or written
-The ability to convert standard to military time and to translate time among the various times zones is essential
-Excellent organizational, time management and project coordination skills are necessary.
-Knowledge of sports venues and cable television is a plus.
-Must have the ability to make quick, accurate decisions within a changing environment; ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines is essential
-Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as necessary
