Responsible for point-of-sale activity in designated Direct-to-Home call centers across the country. Will work collaboratively with Director to assist in the development of Point of Sale strategies and evaluate effectiveness of incentive programs. Will serve as primary point of contact for all HBO training and sales incentives in assigned call centers. Will create organized training programs that focus on product, sales skills and retention while providing an engaging learning environment for Customer Contact Personnel (CCP). Must be able to "win the hearts and minds" of these CCP, as well as the confidence and respect of CCP management. Equally important is the ability to communicate and work effectively with HBO colleagues, regional DTH teams and with NY POS and marketing teams. This is a job best suited to a high-energy individual who is energized by motivating and associating with a wide variety of people. Must be able to handle an extensive travel schedule.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Looking for charm, poise, confidence, and a genuine preference for a team approach
- Must have strong communications skills, an ability to influence people, and excellent presentation skills
- Must be creative, highly organized, and conscientious on follow-through
- Candidate must have previous presentation experience and basic computer skills. 1-2 years of sales training experience is preferred
- Cable and/or Satellite industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to get around very large call centers
- Position primarily field based, with up to 80% out of town travel
