Sr. Marketing Communications Copy Manager


at our Watsonville, CA Support Center!

What will you be doing?





Responsible for copy quality, accuracy and timeliness for all marketing materials including; flyers, ads, catalogs, signs, brochures, pamphlets, press releases, etc. Develops and manages copywriting and sign production staff. Consults with senior Marketing executives to develop effective marketing communications materials. Works with other departments throughout the organization to develop appropriate, accurate and high quality marketing materials.





Overview of Responsibilities:





- Marketing materials project management


- Developing, editing and proofing marketing copy


- Coaching and supervision of copy writing and signage staff





What are we looking for?





Outstanding professional writing and editing skills. Experience with MSWord editing and authoring tools. Knowledge of Quark Express preferred. Superior Organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven management/ coaching experience including hiring and developing staff. 3-5 years copy writing experience with managerial responsibilities. Prefer Boating, Retail copy experience.
