Sr Marketing Communications Manager
Position Type: Full Time
The ideal candidate will be a clever & versatile marketing person who understands how to effectively message to consumer and business audiences in a variety of media ranging from advertising and collateral to press releases and case studies. In addition to being a creative, competent writer, project management skills and a strong marketing brain are required. Must be able to work effectively in fast-paced start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
Identifies, writes, collaborates on, and implements marketing communications that effectively describe and promote MediaZone and its products to a variety of audiences (consumer, B2B, internal) including brochures and other collateral, company or product fact sheets, video reels, case studies, white papers, corporate website, presentations, direct mail pieces, weekly newsletter, ad copy and other materials as needed.
Assists with research & development of publicity materials including press releases and supporting materials as needed.
Must be comfortable managing & implementing in a variety of formats (print, web, video)
Works with various departments including Creative and Biz Dev to produce consistent, clear and current collateral, presentations, web content, etc. across the organization as requested, in a timely manner.
Copyediting as needed.

Requirements
At least 5 years experience in marketing communications.
Prior experience in developing and writing effective marketing messages, advertising and promotional copy, web content, sales collateral for multiple audiences including consumers; samples required.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent required, preferably in English, Advertising or Marketing.
Experience with entertainment or media marketing a plus.
Advertising or Marketing Agency experience a plus.
Expected to understand and inquire about business and user objectives for projects.

Must be extremely well organized and have superior communication skills, both verbally and written.
Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently with quick turnaround times.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment with peers and executive levels.
Must have strong analytical skills.
Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
Must be an expert using Microsoft Office and comfortable with using technology in general to execute goals.
