Sr. Planner

The Sr. Planner will support the strategic & financial objectives of the Disneyland Resort and other sites around the world by providing strategic and analytical support for new business opportunities and attraction and entertainment development / feasibility. Identify key business issues, constructfinancial models, and provide financial / project management support for the Attractions and Entertainment (A&E) Menu and projects that fall under the umbrella of WDP&R Products and Services, such as global celebrations, site assessments, and other initiatives that improve product offerings in Disney theme parks and/or resorts. Develop pro formas and draftcapital authorization requests for all A&E Menu efforts, lines of businesses projects and other initiatives. Deliver presentations on complex projects and issues to a wide range of audiences.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A/B.S
5+ years experience
Proven capability in strategic problem framing, issue identification, and the development of practical business solutions
Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
Highly developed PC skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to understand andpresent complex business issues to all levels of management
Demonstrated orientation to action in a flexible, fast-paced work environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication
A sincere passion for the entertainment industry and Disneyland Resort Guests
