Responsibilities:
Contributes to company financial objectives by partnering with the studio manager in achieving studio sales goals,
studio sittings goals and controlling studio expenses including labor expenses.
Manages studio team when scheduled as the manager-on-duty by developing goals, coaching and counseling and appraising job results.
Contributes to company consistency objectives by ensuring all operating policies and procedures are followed and by ensuring quality products are delivered to every customer.
Provides a studio experience to our customers and associates that is consistent with our brand by fostering a fun, professional, productive and rewarding studio environment that is free from sexual harassment and other forms of inappropriate behaviors.
Maintains studio staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training qualified associates.
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years experience with sales management and customer service
Proven ability to generate sales
Ability to multi-task, shift priorities quickly and demonstrate composure under pressure
Ability to operate and drive business through upholding strict brand standards
Agressive, as well as high energy
Excellent verbal skills and strong organization skills
Interest in learning portrait photography (some experience or schooling a plus but not required)
