We are looking for an experienced Traffic & Production Manager seeking a position with an Encinitas-based agency, where each team member truly makes an impact. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Agency, resource management, print production and traffic management and is more than qualified when it comes to managing creative teams and vendors. This person thrives on wearing many hats, effortlessly juggles multiple projects and can always be counted on for coming up with a level headed solution.

Requirements
Traffic / Production Manager candidates must meet the following minimum requirements for consideration:
* 3 years of resource and traffic management at a creative agency
* 3 years of print production/vendor management
* Experience managing creative resources (including freelance artists)

Traffic / Production Manager candidates should also possess the following skills:
* The ability to prioritize, assign and juggle projects to ensure smooth, on-time workflow
* The savvy to create and oversee daily/weekly/monthly production schedules and budgets
* The confidence to manage the RFQ process, vendor selection and subsequent vendor oversight
* The personality to work with cross functional teams and act as a respected gatekeeper
* A meticulous eye for detail, a knack for implementing organization and maximizing efficiencies

As a new hire you will:
* Establish yourself as the expert in resource and traffic management, and print production
* Build and grow relationships with team members, creative resources and external vendors
* Evaluate and refine existing workflow processes, as necessary, to ensure best practices
* Assume responsibility as Traffic & Production Manager for all projects currently in the pipeline
