Once the merger of the Chase and Bank One businesses are complete, the Chase brand will be used to serve 850,000 small businesses and 31,000 commercial businesses through 2,300 branches in 17 states. It also will service 87 million credit cards.

Personal Banker
Helping customers realize their financial dreams.


Our Personal Bankers are responsible for retaining and deepening banking relationships with existing customers as well as acquiring desirable new customers. Through active relationship management and regular customer contact, the Personal Banker identifies and anticipates customers financial needs, matches products and services to help fulfill those needs, and assures a high level of customer satisfaction. Serving as a liaison between the customer and the bank's resources, the Personal Banker will also, when appropriate, educate customers about alternative delivery options.





We require 1-year minimum proven sales experience, a high school graduate or equivalent (B.A. or B.S. degree preferred). We also require licensing and will train unlicensed Personal Bankers to obtain the NASD series 6 and 63 licenses, as well as insurance where required.
