What you will be doing:
~ Represent local, regional and national financial institutions, businesses and individual creditors.
~ Acquisition of assets from bankruptcy estates, reorganizations and liquidations of business entities, and the structuring and documentation of non-judicial workouts between creditors and debtors
~ Commercial litigation arising out of bankruptcy-related matters.
~ Obtain injunctions and provisional remedies, including replevin, garnishment, attachments, conducting judicial and non-judicial foreclosures of mortgages, deeds of trust and security agreements.
~ Provide legal support for workouts, restructurings, collections, borrower and guarantor bankruptcies, collection litigation, and collateral recoveries
What you will need for this position:
5 years of experience in bankruptcy matters, and in handling loan workouts, restructures, and collections matters
3 years legal experience in real estate, real estate finance, and secured lending, a plus
Currently Licensed in ARIZONA and practicing attorney
JD Degree
Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced, team environment; organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve objectives while working under pressure
Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
Unyielding commitment to the highest professional ethics
