Internal Service Representative

Kforce is currently seeking someone for an ISR position. This job consists of assisting various different departments within the financial institution performing a variety of tasks / job duties as requested. The basic duties include: Perform basic phone operator duties which include: Answer incoming phone calls within 3 rings, identify needs of caller and transfer call to appropriate employee or department, inform caller of unavailability and give choices, take accurate messages. Perform basic Express Desk duties which include: Greet members entering lobby, identify the needs of member, complete member contact log, solicit help from appropriate employees, provide basic credit union information and literature, assist with safe deposit entry, and re-pin ATM and VISA Check cards.

The ability to change directions at any given time always with a positive attitude and smile are critical for this position. The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Teller or phone banker. The position pay is DOE.

This position pays 10-12 hourly
