Job Responsibilities

The refinance boom of the past several years is just about over. That means that loan officers who want to remain successful or grow their business to new levels must build strong referral relationships with REALTORS, builders, financial planners, insurance agents, etc. To accomplish that a loan officer must make outside sales calls, visit open houses, go to marketing meetings, make presentations, etc in order to acquire these relationships.

Other responsibilities include:




Taking quality loan applications

Choosing the right loan program for the clients own personal financial situation

Communicating status to all parties during the loan process, guiding the loan to a smooth closing, asking for referrals form everyone you meet, and constantly be prospecting for new referral relationships and new clients.Job Qualifications


Must relate easily to all people;

Must be a self-starter who doesn't hesitate to go out to engage new people in a variety of circumstances;

1 to 2 year's experience in originating mortgage loans (or processing mortgage loans) preferred; *See our website for information on our training program for an exceptional new candidate!

Must be highly motivated to build a minimum 10+ loan a month production volume and/or earn a $150,000 per year income.

No California Real Estate License required.

Strictly a commission pay structure.

Bilingual capability an added plus. Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog and more.
