Experience or skills required:


* At least 1 year in a sales, commission driven environment.


* Telephone experience.


* Skills to develop or maintain business relationships within the first 90 - 120 days of


employment.


* The ability to establish rapport quickly on the phone and keep a positive attitude.


* Must enjoy a fast-paced work enviroment and a team like atmosphere.


* Must have the ability to maintain a pipeline of $500k monthly.


* Must be able to obtain a California Real Estate License within the first 90- 120 days
