LEADS;LEADS;LEADS: We primarily work with top quality accurate prescreened data based on selected credit parameters. You will work hands on with our Loan Coordinators to select and qualify prospective applicants for Refinancing, Debt Consolidation, Purchases etc. No shortage of good leads.


We build teams, create careers. Selected candidates will have strong organizational and follow-up skills, Effective decision making skills and sound judgment. Basic computer knowledge and capabilities. Believe in strong Customer service, team player and goal oriented. Excellent time management skills. We will train the right inexperienced applicant but strong sales skills are required. Loan Officer





DRE Licensed

Will handle own pipeline and work under guidance of a Sr.Loan Officer

Will get opportunity to grow to the next level viz Sr Loan Officer/Branch Manager


Annual Compensation Range $ 100K - $ 200 K ( Base + Comm)








Loan Coordinators





Will start as Loan Coordinators and be trained in all aspects to move to the next level viz Loan Officer

Will prospect and qualify clients based on preselected credit


Annual Compensation Range $ 50K -$ 75 K ( Base + Comm)
