Reconveyance Technician

In this entry-level position, the Reconveyance Technician will be relied on to processes reconveyances/releases in accordance with various State and County Reconveyance Statutes and investor regulations, guidelines and procedures. Emphasis will be on verifying that the loan has paid off and updating the loan servicing system.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in mortgage/banking, real estate or other related environment. preferred.
- Knowledge of reconveyance processing preferred.
- Computer skills (Lotus Notes, Word, Access, Excel).
- Knowledge of AS/400 preferred.
- Knowledge of Client-Server Reconveyance System (CRS) helpful.
- Ability to type a minimum of 45-50 wpm.
- Organized, analytical and extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
