Description


Process files by printing documents, auditing information, stacking and sorting. Receives borrower’s packages, with notes/conditions, as applicable. Audit loans, print various types of disclosures based on loan type. Run reports, pull files, alphabetize and file, keep tracking records. Receive and process requests for rush disclosures and set-up process, tracking packages, re-disclosures, and other types of requests professionally and on a timely manner.

Qualifications

High School Diploma
3 years of office experience as Clerk/Associate or equivalent combination education and experience
Preferably some mortgage experience and/or College degree
Customer service skills for both internal and external customers
Must be detail oriented
Ability to work hard and remain focused on a high volume of packages and files
Good communication skills, both verbal and written. This includes professional and polite business email correspondence with good grammar
Teamwork, organization, and problem resolution skills also required
Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Must be familiar with printing documents, and able to solve simple paper jams and printer setting changes
Must be very skilled at outlook, excel, word, internet, and able to learn our loan database quickly
Uses FAST, Gallagher, loanworkweb, UPS WorldShip software, and various websites to perform disclosure duties
