Teller (Floater)

Chevron Federal Credit Union is searching for a Field Support Representative to perform teller and member services representative duties for branches in the Bay Area. This is a "Floater" position, and requires the ability to work at any of the Credit Union's offices, depending on the need. Teller experience is a must.








The responsibilities include:



Process deposits.


Identify members' financial needs and promote appropriate products and services.


Open new memberships and accounts.


Process loan payments.


Load loan information into the computerized loan application system.


Cash checks and pay out money.


Keep records of transactions.


Track balances.


Process non-monetary mail.


Handle ATM functions as needed.


Other projects as assigned.


The ideal candidate will have:



At least two or three years of related branch teller experience in a bank or credit union.


Flexibility.


An aptitude for sales.


Strong customer service skills.


Attention to detail.


IRA account experience is a PLUS.
