ProcessWorks, Inc. is a full-service firm offering implementation, enrollment, administration and compliance services.Responsibilities:
To establish and maintain the relationship with customers after implementation is completed.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary "point of contact" for all external customers within the assigned client portfolio.
This includes developing and owning the relationship between ProcessWorks, Inc. and the individual customer, assisting the customer in maximizing its use of the application and working with the customer to identify areas of need where additional ProcessWorks, Inc. products may enhance attainment of their business goals.
Also, will serve as the liaison between the customer and ProcessWorks, Inc. to advocate for the customer in speedy resolution of problems across various internal departments.
This involves working closely with all areas within the organization.
This will also entail developing and maintaining a close, productive working relationship with all pertinent internal departments/teams (i.e. Support Services, Technical Support, Network Support, R&D) along with the assign Sales Executive.
Qualifications:
College education or related work experience in the employee benefit field to include, health and welfare or insurance industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail orientated with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills are a must.
