We are currently seeking two onsite construction superintendents. The Construction Superintendent supervises all onsite construction of single family homes to ensure all onsite construction goals are met with emphasis on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, cost control and timeliness. In doing so, he or she is responsible to maintain a clean/safe workplace, enforce all OSHA requirements and investigate/report workplace accidents. Superintendents will lead a team of internal employees and subcontractors.


Qualifications


Onsite superintendent candidates must possess strong knowledge of material, labor and equipment used in the installation of residential onsite construction, dry utilities, landscaping and safety best practices of each component. He or she will also be well versed in managing SWPPP and possess the talent to manage multiple subcontractors to ensure installation compliance. The successful applicant will also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization, planning and supervisory skills
Proven management experience of multiple employees
Ability to read & comprehend construction documents
Comprehend & monitor architectural, structural and mechanical plans/specifications
Computer literate
Valid drivers’ license and own approved truck
Five years of residential construction experience as Onsite Superintendent
4-Year college degree preferred
