Qualifications
Functions/Requirements: Take ownership in the project you are working on and deliver outstanding customer service to our homeowners by demonstrating a positive attitude and providing prompt, efficient, quality service in a team environment conforming to our warranty guidelines. Knowledge and hands on experience in all aspects of construction trades. Temperament and personality to deal with public. Good written and oral communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills. Able to climb ladders and is an all around handy person. Must have a valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years in residential construction work.
