Qualifications




Provide exceptional customer care to prospects, homebuyers and homeowners to sell and close new homes. Operate model home and represent the company with highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics. Responsible for executing purchase process with customers, obtaining necessary financial and personal information from customers to properly process sales, transfers, option selections, customer inquiries, cancellations, closings, and day to day office operations. To best meet the needs of potential homebuyers and homebuyers, this position requires you work a combination of weekday/weekend hours.



To be successful in this position, you must possess the following experience, attributes and/or skills:
Solid interpersonal skills and experience in negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution.
Working knowledge of critical path selling, fundamental knowledge of finance options, construction process and terminology.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing paperwork is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software systems is required.
The ability to read and comprehend all levels of correspondence, technical information and manuals.
Ability to compose reports and correspondence.
Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual: Spanish or Tagalog preferred.
The ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate percentages and commissions using formulas on an adding machine and/or calculator.
An active California Real Estate Sales or Broker License is required.
Industry related education, certification or degree is a plus.
5+ years of new home sales experience.
Successfully closed 100+ new homes.
Successfully opened and closed a community.
HS Diploma is required; some college or A.A. Degree (preferred).
