Job Description




Kitchell Contractors is currently looking for a Project Director to join its Phoenix-based team. The successful candidate will have a combination of 12 to 15 years of experience in estimating or managing multiple project teams from pre-construction planning through occupancy phases, preferably on commercial projects in the $5-$30 Million+ range. Additional requirements include: longevity with past companies; strong leadership skills; experience and professionalism working closely with clients and project teams; strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; and proficiency with spreadsheets, PM and scheduling software programs. Construction or related degree a plus. Must be willing to relocate. EOE.
