Sr. Healthcare Construction Administrator

Are you a seasoned Construction Administrator with at least 5 years experience in Hospital Construction? If so, read on...

Senior Healthcare Construction Administrator needed with at least 5 years minimum hospital construction experience. OSHPD knowledge and experience a definite plus. Willing to live or commute to Loma Linda on a daily basis. Knowledgeable in MS software. Ability to manage complicated multi-phased projects Ability to manage clients and design consultants.

What you will be doing:
Prepares building programs, budgets, and schedules.
Prepares RFPs & selects criteria for professionals, including architects & specialist consultants, contract reviews, and negotiations.
Prepares architect briefs & design reviews.
Develops bid packages & notification processes.
Reviews construction bids & recommends awards.
Coordinates construction & quality control.
Approves and processes pay requests for outside contractors.
Negotiates and approves change orders for construction projects.
Evaluate construction documents.
Administer and enforce contracts.
Comprehend and implement program goals, objectives, and operations and to relate these to administrative objectives and missions.
Develop, implement, and evaluate administrative policies and procedures.
