Sr. Project Manager - Construction

Architecture and Construction Management firm is searching for a Sr. Project Manager and a Sr. Project Architect with extensive experience with healthcare projects in California. Position is located in either Pasadena or Newport Beach.

Sr. Project Manager:

-10 plus years experience working on Healthcare facility construction projects.

-Medical planning experience.

-Demonstrated ability to perform successfully as a Project Manager for three years, specifically in the areas of: client management, business development and project management.

-Registered Architect and have knowledge of professional ethics applying to the practice of Architecture; demonstrated ability to establish work plans for projects and a demonstrated commitment to Quality Assurance

Sr. Project Architect:

-10 plus years working on Healthcare facility construction projects.

-Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Architect for healthcare architecture/construction projects.
