JOB DESCRIPTION:


Survey CAD Technician


The Survey CAD Tech is responsible for providing office support to the field crews. Successful candidate will draft ALTAs, parcel maps, record maps and write legal descriptions. Will handle map preparation, construction staking calculations, and record research.


Successful candidate will have an AA in Land Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience. Proficient in AutoCAD 2004, LDD, Word and Excel. Experience with GPS processing, TDS and Auto Line work a plus. 2+ years relevant work experience.


POSSIBLE RELOCATION assistance available for candidates in neighboring states or who live too far to commute.
