We are looking for Sales and Service Operators within the area that are motivated individuals that are looking to have more control over their schedules. Accepted candidates are fully trained and certified by MARS International.


M.A.R.S. International specializes in TOTAL cosmetic reconditioning, inside and out. We make pre-owned vehicles feel new by repairing bumpers, removing scratches, and providing a number services that go beyond typical detailing capabilities such as stain and odor removal. We also make new vehicles reflect a unique and customized personality with graphics and professionally installed aftermarket products such as spoilers and paint shields.

Sales / Service Operators run independent of any team. The Service / Sales Operators totally manage business they develop and customers they acquire along with performing all of the repairs. The Sales / Service Operator performs 25 or more of our specialized automotive services, and earns an annual base that usually exceeds $60,000 with a lucrative bonus plan and a company benefit package.


Job Summary


Establish customers and manage technicians for auto appearance reconditioning services through auto dealers, rental car companies and auto retailers (i.e. carwashes, lube centers and/or service centers) who have the potential to provide daily work for a crew of specialized technicians certified to repair all types of cosmetic blemishes (i.e. dings, dents, scratches, burns, cracks, breaks, tears, discoloration, odors, etc.) from vehicle's paint, plastic, glass, leather, vinyl, carpet, etc., PLUS provide a wide variety of automotive enhancement specialties such as window tinting, bed-liners, pinstriping, interior-exterior graphics, accent trim, and accessories.


Job Duties: All duties are taught by company


Follow up on referral leads and inquiries from potential customers. Analyze the customer's potential volume to determine if sufficient volume exists to be added to the scheduled accounts list. Provide specific information to potential customers. Perform demonstrations when necessary to establish quality standards. Develop skills to prospect for new customers and open new territories, while maintaining a rapport with your customers.

Become certified in all 6 categories of appearance Reconditioning services: Exterior Paint Repairs, Interior Repairs, PDR, Detail Cleaning Services, Glass Repairs, Specialties Services. Become qualified to troubleshoot, correct problems, and provide all of these services.

Generate daily production invoices and manage accounts receivable. Recap the production weekly and send it to the National Headquarters.

Maintain quality standards for a wide variety of customer services.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Chemicals, Specialized Training


You will receive a minimum of three weeks of comprehensive training to utilize specialty chemicals and machine tools designed for our unique auto appearance reconditioning services, management and Sales / Service. We provide all equipment, tools and supplies. You must provide your own vehicle.


This position does require a refundable deposit. The amount of the deposit is determined by the type of certification and training required and the tools, equipment and supplies associated with the state certified training provided. A minimum refundable deposit of $500 is required, depending on the position filled. Most deposits pay 10% interest per annum on deposited amount.
