Job Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
Generate sales as well as to coordinate and follow-up on the installation process, across multiple stores. Interacts with customers, installers, vendors and Home Depot Store associates. Maintains a high level of customer service to be proactive and ensure problem-free installations and associated special orders. Calls customers throughout the installation prcoess (i.e., after sale, right before an installation, after installation to confirm and close quote) Responsible for processing sales installations in the most cost-effective manner for Home Depot, while taking care of the customer. Responsible for verifying product and service quantities are accurate and set expectations for customer experience.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Providesexcellent customer service and satisfaction from their order process from start to finish
Addresses customer, installer, and vendor issues in a timely manner
Calls customer after sale, before installation and after installation to verify completion
Works with Home Depot Store associates, installers and vendors to coordinate service
Calls customer to review product and servics to close sale
Process customer credit applications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Check
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES -

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS - Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS -

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate Degree is preferred.
Two years of experience is preferred.
