This position is for our TIGER ACCESSORY GROUP, which makes auto accessories and car cleaning products for the do-it-yourself consumer. TAG provides lighting products & accessories such as on & off road lighting, fog, driving and auxiliary lighting, portable spotlights, replacement lenses, reflectors and mirrors.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a professional, energetic, mature individual to be an integral part of our customer service department. Our selected candidate will provide superior service to all of our customers, process orders using multiple databases & search methods, be a good problem solver, and have the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment. Must have good computer (Word and Excel) and communication skills.
Seeking candidate with 1-2 yrs. experience, excellent communication skills and strong software skills for our busy office.
Position will include heavy phone contact with our customers, reps and warehouse personnel.
