We have expanded to new facilities to meet the demand for our growing product mix. We're searching for self-starting individuals to utilize your customer service and inside sales skills to handle existing and new clients. Our current customer base contacts us by phone, mail, fax, web and showroom.








DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:


Pleasant phone presence and interpersonal skills to handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Excellent analytical ability to problem solve customer situations.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Being able to work well in a fast paced environment.

Ability to establish and build strong long-term business relationships.

Ensure that all customers are being handled in the most productive and professional manner.





QUALIFICATIONS:


Customer Service/Sales experience.


Strong verbal and written communications skills a must.


Solid math background required.
