Peapod is an interactive, online grocery shopping/delivery service. As our business continues to grow, we presently are seeking several enthusiastic FULL-TIME and PART-TIME Call Center Customer Service Reps. for our Distribution Center in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

Call Center Customer Service Reps. for 1st and 2nd shift available either Full-Time or Part-Time. Must be able to work one day on the weekend either Saturday or Sunday. Weekend availability a must! Earn $11-$13/hour based on prior Call Center experience. Position answer numerous inbound telephone calls from customers in a call center environment and will handle customer inquiries and complaints about our service.

Qualified candidates must have 1-2 years of previous Call Center experience, proven problem solving ability in a fast paced environment, and strong listening and excellent communication skills. Excellent attendance and availability to work on weekends and flexibility in your work schedule based on call volume and trends required. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and an upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality essential. Must possess excellent data entry skills.
