Buehler Ltd., a manufacturer of lab testing equipment, has an opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to respond to external and internal customer inquiries regarding orders or complaints on Buehler LTD products.

Incumbent must gain in-depth knowledge of Buehler LTD machines and consumable products in order to quote product for pricing. CSR must also be able to guide the customer on orders to ensure customer is ordering what is appropriate for their current machines. Candidate will support outside sales efforts in terms of quotation and delivery. Primary Responsibilities will also include: Answering in-bound customer calls in a timely and professional manner Generating quotations per customer and/or Sales Engineer by receiving and reviewing orders that may be placed either by phone, fax, mail, or electronically Process fax and electronic orders in a timely manner Investigate, resolve and respond to inquiries from customers, Sales Engineers and other Buehler LTD departments

Qualified candidate must have a High School diploma (Associate's degree pref'd), with at least 2 years minimum inside sales/customer service experience in a non-retail environment. Must have configured machinery or technical equipment for sales quoting purpose and supported an outside sales function. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, posses a detail and organized approach to your work, and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. In addition, we prefer accurate and prior data entry experience on personal computers. We offer a competitive wage & benefit package.
