Acts as a work leader in the Specimen ManagementDepartment to coordinate workflow of workers.



Researches, troubleshoots, follows-up, and resolves account inquiries and problems. Provides guidance and expertise to work group in resolving customer problems. Trains new employees. Assigns and reviews work of assigned employees including scheduling and prioritizing. Working under minimal supervision, reports to Specimen Management Supervisor.


License/Certification/Education: Normally High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years of experience.



Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm

Salary up to $26.91/hr depending upon experience



Previous lab experience is required
