We currently have the following opportunity available:

PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Hoffman Estates, IL

4 hours per day, 20 hrs. a week, shifts from 8am-6pm

Salary: $12 per hour

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound telephone calls from potential customers.

Determine if caller is a viable prospect by asking predetermined questions.

Must exhibit a high degree of empathy, enthusiasm and knowledge about the product & services in order to "sell" the caller.

May set appointments when applicable.

Complete any pertinent data obtained from the caller in the computer based system.

Participate in focus group sessions.

Complete outbound calls as needed.

Requirements:

Associate's degree preferred or equivalent related work experience and/or training.

Prior customer service/call center experience preferred.

Computer literate in MS Office programs.

Ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills.
