Shift Leader - Tonopah

Site Shift Leader



Job Functions:



Oversees all the activities for an assigned shift to include:



adequate staffing,


training of site reps,


achieving shift sales goals,


completes required shift paperwork,


Responsible for shift inventories and proper handling of cash sales and deposits.


Organizes and directs the shift activities and solves shift problems.


May cover shift alone and perform Site Rep duties in addition to shift leader responsibilities.



Education/Experience:



High school diploma required.


Vocational Technical School a plus. Some college is preferred.


Prior experience in the trucking industry a plus.


A background in maintenance helpful.


Must have the ablility to type a minimum of 25 wpm.


Experience with the use of Microsoft Windows/Products a plus.
