Site Representative - Monee, IL

Job Functions:





Sell IdleAire products and services to the truck driver

Provide customer service support to truck drivers

Instruct drivers on the usage of the system and other ancillary products

Assist with the installation of the IdleAire template into the tractor window

Maintain a good working relationship with all travel center personnel

Report all site issues to the corporate call center in a timely fashion

Maintain inventory levels of literature and products

Provide troubleshooting and repair assistance of the IdleAire products and services

Provide daily performance reports





Experience:





Prior experiences in the trucking industry a plus

A background in maintenance helpful

Must have the ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm

Experience with the use of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft products a plus

Vocational Technical School a plus


Pay: $9.00/hour
