We need a talented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Will-Call Counter Sales for Ryan Herco. In this position, you will be the one who provides exceptional customer service to our Will-Call Counter Customers. You will take customer orders; complete sales; maintain inventory; stock items; receive returned items; maintain safe and work environment; and work in other areas (picking/packing/shipping/receiving) of the warehouse as needed.


















Excellent verbal communication skilling, including articulating ideas clearly and concisely .









Delivers superior customer service.









Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.









Experience with medium- to high-volume shipping, receiving, and inventory control.









Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.









Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization.









Data-entry/computer skills









High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
