We are currently seeking the following professional:

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Tempe, AZ

Responsibilities:

Oversee the orientation and training of new-hired instructors.

Develop a written and comprehensive plan for faculty improvement with specific benchmarks, timelines and goals to include continuing education in the subject area(s) taught and teaching skill development.

Hold faculty meetings to encourage professional growth, review and coordinate student evaluations in cooperation with the Program/Department Chairs.

Monitor classroom instructional delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education.

Minimum of 4 years experience in classroom teaching at the college level and training instructional staff on the college level.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have experience with and understand hybrid and online educational delivery systems.

Knowledge of educational measurement and excellent customer service skills.
