Duties and Responsibilities:Designs and develops complex level interactive courseware for customer training. Perform needs assessment, instructional front-end analysis, create performance objectives, create assessment instruments, select instructional strategy, select media, implement strategy and media, evaluate total package, and perform required revision. Develops flow diagrams and story boards. Interact with customer and subject matter specialists to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Develops manuals, workbooks, and audio/video tapes and discs.





Qualifications/Requirements:


Masters degree in Instructional Design and Development from an accredited learning institution plus 1-3 years of professional experience. Requires strong skills in MS Office products, MS Producer, PowerPoint, Trainersoft, Autoplay, Adobe premier, Adobe Encore, Photoshop, and 3D animation software to include 3D studio Max or Lightwave. Requires solid understanding of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the instructional design and development field. A working knowledge of website design and server networks is desired.
