Learning Facilitator 1

Primary Responsibilities :
§ Delivers training programs, workshops and classes. Manages the classroom through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning
§ Uses up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered and often acts as a subject matter expert in the technical/functional area of the content.
§ Accesses and uses other expert resources to deliver training
§ Works with instructional designers to create activities to support curriculum
§ Determines audience needs and flexes program delivery to be applicable for the particular audience
§ Works flexible hours to support delivery of workshops which exceed the typical workday
§ Travels at least 50% of the time, including international travel*


Qualifications :
§ Bachelors Degree in Business, Education, Communication or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
§ Significant experience Quickbooks usage and data recovery and/or file conversion
§ Proficient in formal platform training
§ Classroom training experience in a variety of venues that may include technology, sales, or leadership learning activities
§ Experience Identifying and addressing challenges that arise in a typical classroom situation
§ Experience delivering extended (multiple week) training programs
