General Summary:


Manage division-wide Leadership Development program, including partnering with the operational business managers to identify performance issues and training needs, design and development of training programs to address needs, facilitation of programs at company sites throughout the US; Manage division-wide customer service skills training program for customer service staff including overseeing the development of course content and corresponding guidebooks; Manage the internal Trainer Development Program to provide skill and knowledge development for the company's operational training staff; Partner with operational business managers to identify staff development needs and recommend and/or implement effective training or non-training solutions.

Job Requirements include:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred

7+ years of training and development experience in a corporate setting

Experience in designing and delivering training programs, for supervisory, middle management and senior management levels

Experience managing, coaching or mentoring trainers

Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory, Instructional Systems Design and other training methodology/concepts

Strong facilitation and internal consulting skills

Outstanding verbal and written skills
