Senior Training and Development SpecialistA. Primary Function

To develop and deliver Quality-related training

B. Duties and Responsibilities

- Assess training needs relating to Quality, including but not limited to training mandated by applicable laws and regulations

- Develop training content, including e-learning and other web-based solutions, working closely with company subject matter experts and leaders

- Develop training assessments, such as post-training quizzes, to ensure that training is impactful and effective

- Deliver training in an engaging, credible way


C. Specialized Knowledge & Skills

- Familiarity with QSR, ISO 2000, and other quality system regulations a plus

D. Experience

- 5+ years of experience in training development and delivery required
- 2+ years of experience with Plateau or similar learning management systems a plus
- 3+ years of experience with e-learning software and development tools a plus

E. Education & Training

- Bachelor's degree required
- Masters degree, or formal training accreditation, a strong plus


F. Physical Environment/Working Conditions - e.g. assembly line, lifting requirements (up to _ lbs.)

- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (several hours)
- Must be able to lift training materials (up to 20 lbs.)

G. Responsibility for Personnel (Supervisory)

- No direct supervisory responsibility, but will be required to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and to influence others
