RWD's Human Performance Solutions Group has a number of openings for training and performance support professionals with experience in electronic manufacturing operating surface mount technologies, training and preferrably course/job aid development. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of teaching electronic technologies.


Required Skills - Associates Degree and/or Certifications in electronic technologies
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to multitask under pressure, learn new techniqures and technologies quickly while maintaining existing workload
- Proven ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to develop instructional materials
- Dedicated to improving the job performance of the persons they are teaching

Required Experience - Time and Project Management
- Developing, delivering and sharing standardized training programs
- Developing and implementing specialized training programs
