Technical Trainer

Job Description:

Solely responsible for a suite of course materials. Specifically responsible for conducting audience analysis, developing a project plan, managing content reviews, delivering courses internally, and participating in train-the-trainer sessions. Could be responsbile for occasionally delivering courses to customers. Audiences include introductory, experienced, and advanced technical personnel. Expected to develop relationships with instructors and internal SMEs. Must work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

Experience in the networking or telecommunications industries is required.Experience writing instructional objectives (to include audience, bahavior, condition, and degree) is required.Experience creating and implementing comprehensive instructional design plans, from audience analysis to summative evaluation is required.Experience with PowerPoint and FrameMaker is strongly desired.Experience in security or service provider technologies is strongly desired.Experience managing the development of multiple courses is desired.Experience as an instructor is desired.
