Analyst Job: Start Immediately! Mining company located in Alabama has a position open for a Sr. Business Analyst. The position requires the candidate to formulate/define system requirements and objectives for system development/modification projects. Will prepare detailed requirements from which programs will be written and develop test plans/scripts and assist users with testing and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will be competent to work at the highest level of all phases of systems analysis and support activities and may be responsible for completion or management of the business requirements phase of a project. Will regularly provide guidance and training to less experienced business analysts. The ideal candidate MUST have undergrad work in some business or IT related field, have a strong IT background (systems, network, etc.) and must have accounting experience.
